At an exclusive all day viewing event, Asset & Resource Management Company Ltd (ARM), hosted select guests to the marketing launch of Lakowe Lakes Golf and Country Estate.

Guests had the pleasure of not only viewing various renditions of the home types, interiors, and sprawling golf course – but actually got to tour and play on the work in progress 18-hole golf course. Avid golfers (and beginners) enjoyed swinging on the practice range at various points during the day. Inside the grand marquee where the, eating, drinking and socializing was mostly going on; Lakowe Lakes representatives were on hand to walk guests through the site map and provide information on the estate features. Additionally, sales agents were positioned at a number of sales stations where they utilized a real time marketing sales tool to help enthused buyers view available plots, select their choice locations, and make a commitment. What was particularly fun, mostly for the visiting children, was the opportunity to play an engaging, interactive golf game.

The repetitive and consistent feedback from visitors to the estate is testimony to the concept and construction progress made so far on the estate. Lakowe Lakes has transformed from a landscape that was virgin coastal forest 12 months ago, to what is now visibly taking shape as the intended international standard 18-hole golf course, designed by renowned golf course designer and PGA professional, Rob O’Friel. Guests expressed their excitement and appreciation for the project, mostly commending the beautifully constructed golf course, numerous lakes, and the surrounding ambience. They remarked (in several popular quotes that day), “we are blown away”, “such ambience on Nigerian soil?” “how is this beautiful landscape possible, just minutes away from the city”?
